MUSIC PROJECTS ASSISTANT.
Ground floor opportunity with an independent record label determined to support Pinoy artists who write and perform their own music material. Assistant position reports directly to CEO. Path to lead and manage Rebolusyon Rekords.

Tasks:
– Scout and spot talents/artists that fit the Rebolusyon mold
– Facilitate/assist artists’ creative pursuits (talent/material selection/development)
– Legwork (liaison, admin, documentation) with artists, partners and suppliers.

Qualification:
– 3 years in the music/record industry (A&R, Label management, record producer, marketing, concert producer)
– ENERGETIC. Radiant. Excellent communicator. DEFINITELY NOT a 9-5 person.
– CRAZY about PINOY MUSIC, rock, jazz, funk, alternative & even POP.
